The players launched thousands of serves at the ATP Tour in April, but three special services of Lorenzo Musetti, Ben Shelton and Alexander Zverev had a special impact. We celebrate those moments in the first edition of ATP Perfect Serve brought by Stella Artois, a new series that gives fans the opportunity to vote for their favorites of the month.
With the season of beaten land in full peak, the most important blow of the game – the serve – goes from being a gross power weapon to a strategic showcase of effect, placement, precision and creativity on slower tracks. It will be the precise service of Alexander Zverev to get out of a large hole on the road to an ATP 500 title, Ben Shelton’s surprise tactics while facing a party point or perhaps a rare ace in a critical moment by Lorenzo Musetti, which is not considered one of the serve-boots of the game.
