Carlos Alcaraz became this Sunday in Roland Garros in the ninth player to trace a 0-2 in sets in a Grand Slam final in the open era by beating Jannik Sinner 4-6, 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (3), 7-6 (10-2).

Alcaraz reached the final without comeback of this type in his record. It now has a very important one and accumulates a record of 13-1 in matches to five sets, including a 4-0 in Roland Garros, according to the Victories index/defeats of Infosys ATP.

The 22-year-old is the fifth player to overcome a 0-2 in Sets in the Roland Garros final and the first since Gastón Gaudio defeated Guillermo Coria in 2004. This has been the first Tie-Break in the last set of a final in the history of the tournament.
