See Madrid Table: Alcaraz and Djokovic share half of the painting
1) Alcaraz plays at home:The second series head chained titles in Madrid in 2022 and 2023 and lands in full shape on the Spanish clay. Alcaraz comes from conquering the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters and reach the final in Barcelona. The Murcian has won 29 of his last 31 games in Spain since the beginning of the 2022 season. He will measure Zizou Bergs or Yishihito Nishioka in the second round.
2) Zverev arrives with inertia: The German lands full of confidence in Madrid after lifting Munich’s title, defeating Ben Shelton in the final of Sunday. Twice champion in Madrid, the first series head will debut against Roberto Bautista Aguet or Jaume Munar. Zverev was defeated in the round of 16 during his last two visits to the Magic Box.
3) Battle for No. 2: Zverev and Alcaraz have exchanged No. 2 of the PIF ATP Rankings twice during the last two weeks. Alcaraz took the square after Montecarlo and Zverev recovered it by raising the trophy in Munich. However, No. 2 will get into play in Madrid again and during the rest of the clay season, where both will fight to be the second standard head in Roland Garros.
4) Djokovic returns to Madrid: The old No. 1 World Cup remained a victory to achieve its title No. 100 in Miami. Will Serbian join Jimmy Connors (109) and Roger Federer (103) at the 100 trophies club conquering the capital of Spain? Djokovic returns to the ATP Masters 1000 in Madrid for the first time since 2022, where he fell against Alcaraz in the final tie-ak in his first duel Lexus ATP Head2head. The Balkan shares the lower half of the painting with Alcaraz.

Will that rhythm in Madrid maintain? The Danish, who stepped on a Masters 1000 final last month in Indian Wells, records a 2-2 balance in the tournament and will measure Flavio Cobolli or Fabian Marozsan in his debut.
