The rain has not allowed matches to be played on the outdoor courts at the Rolex Shanghai Masters.

Rain continues to be the protagonist at the Rolex Shanghai Masters for the third consecutive day.
This Monday the programming of this ATP Masters 1000 tournament has been altered due to weather conditions. And only six individual matches have been completed at this point in the day. In addition, all matches scheduled on the outdoor courts have been cancelled.
Of course, the day will continue as normal on the center court, the Qizhong Forest Sports City Arena, which has a retractable roof, the seeds No. 7 Taylor Fritz and No. 9 Grigor Dimitrov have decided their ticket to the third round. So has No. 13 seed Francis Tiafoe on the same stage.
The organization has had to enable two covered courts to carry out four matches corresponding to the second round. Roman Safiullin defeated No. 23 seed Alexander Bublik 6-4, 6-2, while Marcos Giron defeated No. 24 Karen Khachanov 6-4, 6-3 on the Annex 1 Indoor Court .
At Annex 3 Indoor Court, Tallon Griekspoor defeated No. 26 seed Jordan Thompson 6-3, 6-2, and David Goffin defeated No. 15 Lorenzo Musetti 1-6, 7-6(6), 6 -2.
